Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.

Our Guarantee

Any product recommended by our staff is guaranteed. If not fully satisfied, we will replace or refund full purchase price of that product. All services are 100% guaranteed. If not completely satisfied, we will correct any problems within two weeks of that service.
